Low-Carb Apfelkuchen
serves 4 to 6
1/4 c. Splenda | Mix |
1 tsp cinnamon | |
25 ml whey protein powder | |
1 tsp. baking powder | |
1/4 tsp. salt | |
1/2 c. Flour | |
1 tbsp. butter | rub in butter. |
2 Tbsp Apple Sauce | Beat together |
1 egg | |
Blend egg-apple gently into dry ingredients. Pat dough into 20 cm square pan. | |
2 apples | Peel, slice and arrange apples on dough. |
3 eggs | Beat together and pour over apples.. |
1/2 cup Splenda | |
1/4 cup milk | |
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg | |
1 tsp vanilla | |
pinch of cloves | |
Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. |
