Low-Carb Apfelkuchen

serves 4 to 6

1/4 c. Splenda

Mix

1 tsp cinnamon

25 ml whey protein powder

1 tsp. baking powder

1/4 tsp. salt

1/2 c. Flour

1 tbsp. butter

rub in butter.

2 Tbsp Apple Sauce

Beat together

1 egg

Blend egg-apple gently into dry ingredients. Pat dough into 20 cm square pan.

2 apples

Peel, slice and arrange apples on dough.

3 eggs

Beat together and pour over apples..

1/2 cup Splenda

1/4 cup milk

1/2 tsp. Nutmeg

1 tsp vanilla

pinch of cloves

Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
