Low-Carb Apfelkuchen
serves 4 to 6
| 1/4 c. Splenda | Mix |
| 1 tsp cinnamon | |
| 25 ml whey protein powder | |
| 1 tsp. baking powder | |
| 1/4 tsp. salt | |
| 1/2 c. Flour | |
| 1 tbsp. butter | rub in butter. |
| 2 Tbsp Apple Sauce | Beat together |
| 1 egg | |
| Blend egg-apple gently into dry ingredients. Pat dough into 20 cm square pan. | |
| 2 apples | Peel, slice and arrange apples on dough. |
| 3 eggs | Beat together and pour over apples.. |
| 1/2 cup Splenda | |
| 1/4 cup milk | |
| 1/2 tsp. Nutmeg | |
| 1 tsp vanilla | |
| pinch of cloves | |
| Bake 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. | |
