Bread Pudding
125 grams (1 cup) Breadcrumbs | Pour the milk over the breadcrumbs and heat in the microwave 90 seconds at 1200W until milk barely boils |
250 ml (1 cup) milk | |
60 grams butter | Stir into the hot milk, allowing the butter to melt. |
60 grams packed brown sugar | |
3 eggs | Beat very well until double in volume, then stir into the milk mixture. |
Microwave until firm. Turn out of the bowl into a small dome. Serve with toffee sauce.
