Bread Pudding

125 grams (1 cup) Breadcrumbs

Pour the milk over the breadcrumbs and heat in the microwave 90 seconds at 1200W until milk barely boils

250 ml (1 cup) milk

60 grams butter

Stir into the hot milk, allowing the butter to melt.

60 grams packed brown sugar

3 eggs

Beat very well until double in volume, then stir into the milk mixture.

Microwave until firm. Turn out of the bowl into a small dome. Serve with toffee sauce.
