)Preheat oven to 350
| 90 g white flour | Stir together and make a well in the centre. |
| 90 g brown flour | |
| 5 ml baking soda | |
| 3 ml baking powder | |
| 4 ml salt | |
| 350 g brown sugar | |
| 180 g rolled oats | |
| 180 ml canola oil | Add and mix well. |
| 2 eggs |
Drop by spoonfulls onto cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minute
