(Canola Oatmeal Cookies)


Preheat oven to 350

90 g white flour

Stir together and make a well in the centre.

90 g brown flour

5 ml baking soda

3 ml baking powder

4 ml salt

350 g brown sugar

180 g rolled oats

180 ml canola oil

Add and mix well.

2 eggs

Drop by spoonfulls onto cookie sheet and bake 10-12 minute
