Fluffy Oven Pancakes

30 ml butter

Melt in the oven in a pieplate

4 egg whites

Beat to stiff peaks

4 egg yolks

Beat until light and frothy

1/2 cup cream

Beat into egg yolks

1/2 cup milk

1/4 tsp salt

125 ml flour

Stir into egg yolk mixture

Fold egg whites into batter

1/4 cup sugar

Sprinkle over melted butter in pieplate.

5 ml cinnamon

Grating of nutmeg

Pour batter over butter and sugar in pieplate. Bake in hot oven 35 minutes. Serve with toppings of choice
