French Toast
serves 4 to 6
| 3 eggs | Beat together, and pour into a pie plate |
| 25 ml sugar | |
| 5 ml salt | |
| 100 ml milk | |
| Six slices of bread | Dip both sides into the egg mixture, then stack them in the egg mixture |
| Lightly oil a non-stick frying pan and heat it to medium heat. Lightly fry the bread until golden, flip and fry the second side. Serve with maple syrop and/or icing sugar | |
