Oat Crisps

Oat Crisps 250 ml soft butter | Cream together |
250 ml brown sugar | |
2 eggs | Beat in |
30 ml milk | Beat in |
2 ml Baking Soda | Mix together |
2 ml Salt | |
675 ml fine ground oats | |
675 ml white flour | |
Stir dry ingredients into the dough, kneading as the dough becomes thick. Roll dough very thin and cut into rounds. Bake at 175C (350 F) for 12 minutes. |
