Oat Crisps

serves 4 to 6

Oat Crisps

250 ml soft butter

Cream together

250 ml brown sugar

2 eggs

Beat in

30 ml milk

Beat in

2 ml Baking Soda

Mix together

2 ml Salt

675 ml fine ground oats

675 ml white flour

Stir dry ingredients into the dough, kneading as the dough becomes thick. Roll dough very thin and cut into rounds. Bake at 175C (350 F) for 12 minutes.
