serves 4 to 6

125g flour

Stir together thoroughly with a fork.

15 ml baking powder

2 ml salt

30g lard

Rub into the flour mixture with clean hands

~60 ml cold water

Fork gently through the destroux a few drops at a time until a moist but firm dough is obtained.

Pat into a small flat pan, filling to the corners. Mark into triangles. Bake 15 minutes at 400F
